The player thus recalls fond memories of their school days,

When we were in secondary school, I’m not the type that I ask girls out because there is this poverty in you that will not even give you the boldness to say hi to a lady.

So that was the situation I found myself and this time there is this girl in the class that time that every time she brings food, I just find myself taking her food, I would take it with arrogance like if you will go and report me, go and report, you will go and buy puff, puff or something, I would snatch it and go my way.

Taiwo Awoniyi, 28, and his wife, Taiye Jesudun, have been blessed with a second child, a baby born on August 12, 2023, a day which coincided with the athlete’s birthday.

Their first child, a son named Emmanuel, was born on October 16, 2020, two years after the pair tied the knot in June 2018. 

With the growing family, Awoniyi is experiencing the joy of fatherhood alongside his football career. 

The Champion recently shared adorable pictures of himself with his son, Emmanuel, and wished him happy birthday saying,
