In his last few months, he had many medical complications, including non-alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver, a heart valve defect, and dementia.
Moreover, his health became worse after knee replacement surgery in 2024, making him unfit for work.
As his condition grew weaker, he became bedridden and was in hospice at home, visited by family and friends.
Before his demise, Fulmer’s loved ones and friends came together to seek financial help for his medical and living expenses as he battled several severe health conditions.
Moreover, he was supported by Social Security alone for income, which made it difficult to cover his medical and living expenses.
