How To Cancel An Appointment

If you ever have the need to cancel your appointment, this is a step-by-step guide to show you how.

  1. First, sign-in to Corigan as you normally would.
  3. Then select who’s appointment you wish to cancel, whether it be your own or a dependent’s.
  5. Next, select the office where your appointment is booked.
  7. Then, click “Appointments”
  9. You will see a list of all booked appointments, click “Cancel Appointment” on the appointment you wish to cancel.
  11. You will be prompted to confirm the cancellation. Click “Cancel Appointment” to confirm.
  13. And there you go! The appointment is now cancelled.
